We offer a free in-home estimate without any pressure. We will also help you understand the various aspects of replacement windows today. They are drastically different than in the past. When a consultant meets with you in your home, they will show you the different features of replacement windows and why some features are worth the money and why some are not. This will help YOU decide – not us on what is best for your home or business. You will receive an honest quote the first time we meet with you. We don’t give 30% discounts later to others (I hate when I purchase something only to find I paid too much, because it was later offered at a lower price). We only follow-up on our consultation if you ask us. WE WILL NOT PESTER YOU.

If you decide to use our services, we will schedule an installation date that meets your schedule. Generally, it takes about 4 weeks from the date you order to the time we install your custom replacement windows.

We hire only the best installers. There are some great companies that have nice windows, but when improperly installed it can truly be a nightmare. After your new windows are installed, we don’t accept the final payment until you inspect our work and you agree the work is completed to your satisfaction. We stand behind our windows and work. We’re not happy, until you’re happy. All our replacement windows have a lifetime warranty. This will be given to you in writing with your work order number.

You will also find we believe in our service. We do NOT charge for service calls after the sale like many other companies. As you seek quotes, be sure to ask them if there is a charge for their warranty work. Many of the charges are costing around $150 per call. We don’t think it’s right to charge for warranty work. You are counting on us to stand behind our work; we do!
